Still going strong...I never imagined the pleasure I'd get out of sending off handmade cards every month. I especially love the comments from the recipients thanking me & saying that it was a nice surprise because that's the reaction I had hoped for going into it. With the convenience of email & social media, snail mail seems to have fallen by the wayside. Thankfully, there seems to have been a "revival" of sorts with a proliferation of crafters making cards & small independent presses/shops that sell cards, stationary, etc,. And my open invitation still stands - if you want one just email me your address at: aloveaffairwithpaper [at] yahoo [dot] com
Here are May's cards:
 |
For my mom - obviously :) |
 |
For M's birthday |
 |
For a friend & his girlfriend, who
somewhat recently moved in together |
 |
For one of the altered journal
round robin participants |
 |
Love that my mom displays all my cards on
their fridge. Love you mom! |
Thanks for stopping by!

That's a great idea. Everyone really loves receiving mail it all about finding out what's inside.
