2 of the pictures above are from the inside of the Midland, which was restored in 1992, after having sat vacant for 14 years (first opened its doors on December 20th, 1928). The renovation was an $8.5 million investment & took over 8 years of meticulous restoration. We live about 10 minutes away from the theater & have seen several shows like Robert Cray & Second City.

Heather - Thanks! I was surprised at how well they came out since I used my phone camera & didn't edit them.
Linda - Me too. That's my fav part of them & when I used iPhoto it completely ruined the light part, so I used the originals with no editing.
