play last Tuesday with 2 close girlfriends (that's me on the right).
For the three day weekend, ate breakfast out twice. Once to celebrate my dad's belated birthday & another just because. There were also root beer floats made with fresh frozen custard (made daily).
I've got a cold so all the things I had planned over the extended weekend fell to the wayside. I watched this show
and just enjoyed relaxing. This week will be short. Thursday, I'm taking the day off for this. Michael Chabon is the featured speaker. I'm super excited since The Amazing Adventures of Cavalier & Clay
is one of my favorite books. Afterwards, I'm driving to Cincinnati to meet M and staying there until Sunday. Hope that you had a wonderful weekend, especially if you had the day off today. Enjoy the week!

You know, I've never heard a Band of Horses song. I have friends who love them but I just haven't heard them. I need to get with it! :P
