Creative Project: Project Life Week 15

It's funny. I never thought of myself as a "scrapbooker," until just a couple weeks ago. Somehow, I've remained resistant to the word.  I've kept a biased definition - visions of grandmothers' putting together albums using lots of flowery & Americana stuff, dancing in my head. What scrapbooking used to be when I was growing up. Even with taking on Project Life, following a ton of scrapbooker's blogs & spending way too much $ on scrapbooking supplies - I still cringed at the thought of labeling myself with that wordThen one Friday while out to lunch with a co-worker, I found myself saying that I was a scrapbooker without flinching or regret. And it was a light bulb moment. I. Am. A. Scrapbooker. And I love it.

So on to Week 15 - the first time I've added in inserts:

The left side & the inserts
The left side
Top row: the date card & a great quote
Middle row: veggie lasagna for Easter - thanks Mom,
some scrapbooking supplies & M's work space at home
Bottom row: A fun day out
The first smaller insert: a collage of M's
bookshelves (we rearranged &
organized both of our offices)
The other side of the insert is of a collage M made of these
book cover postcards
The larger insert: a collage of M's office
The other side is of my office
Right side
Top row: M's old & new business cards with his promotion
& my first instagram pic ever.
Middle row: TinTin, a quote from a co-worker &
ice cream.
Bottom row: more pics of my office in chaos
as I was rearranging it & a little
story about one of our dogs

Thanks for stopping by & have a wonderful weekend. Is there any word/label you've shied away from calling yourself?
*Project Life was created by Becky Higgins & is a simple, fun & unique way to document

@Linda-not "nosy," but curious :)
@Woz-Oh you definitely should! As for "coach," I agree that it's not right for you but not b/c it's icks; rather it's not right anymore.
