After reading Leslie's post yesterday on Decor8, (in which she discussed the bloggers who inspired her to begin her own blogging adventure), I wanted to follow suit and give a shout-out to the four women who inspired me.
The very first blog I happened upon 3 years ago was The Glass Doorknob (now defunct). Shari has another blog that I absolutely adore & follow religiously. I was amazed and still am by her beautiful words and photos. And I love the fact that she recently moved to Vermont because I grew up there and reading about her adventures brings back great memories.
Along with bugheart, doubleginger and Amisha's heavenlydays (now defunct), these women set the bar for my idea of how fabulous a blog should be. And as I mentioned yesterday, the final push of inspiration came from marta with her blog workshop.
So thanks again ladies for sharing your incredible insight, photos, ideas, thoughts, etc.
As a sidenote, I received my very first 2 comments to my first post, which was extremely exciting. Thanks Eeny. And M - you're the best husband!
